Directly reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director plans and carries out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of exclusive accounts and specifiers in the construction industry.1. Promotes and markets ceramic and sanitary items such as RAK (UAE), TOTO (Japan), KLUDI (Germany), KALDEWEI (Germany), HEWI (Germany) 2. Liaise and attends meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.3. Respond to and follow up Tender & On-Going Project enquiries by post, telephone, and personal visits. 4. Maintains and develops existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.5. Visits construction sites and identifies project needs to support clients in decision making regarding which items to install during the fit-out works.6. Makes quantity survey based from the floor plan and proposes items that comply with the project specification.7. Attends training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.8. Monitors delivery schedule from suppliers to project sites.Achievements: 1. 2013 Annual Sales Target Achiever, awarded with trip incentive to Germany.2. 2012 Ranked 2nd among top sales turn-over.3. 2011 Barzan Camp Project, supplied 4 million USD worth of ceramic tiles.4. 2010 The Pearl Project, one of Qatar's iconic residential projects, able to close a contract to supply worth 3 million USD of Sanitary Wares & Ceramic tiles
