Also included SCADA capability.* Performed multiple work center combinations for leaner product flow, new custom fixtures and equipment engineered and built to aid performing of tasks.* Implemented multi-tube bore blasting (sand blasting) technique, from over-seas sister company. Solved wear related problem and passed information back to sister-company.* Automated a drawbench work center to be capable of operating effectively with a single operator vs. two* Managed the two to single operator conversions for three additional drawbenches by a local contractor using robotic systems. Roughly 15% of the conversion was engineered myself in addition to working with the contractor.I am currently engaged in:* Managing the procurement of a new sand blasting machine to increase capacity. Machine features multiple recent improvements to our blasting process and is built upon proven components.* Managing rebuild of 4-head center less grinder. 90% of the working components are being replaced. Contracted re-engineering of a problematic linear slide table. The feeding system is also receiving an incremental upgrade.* Adding additional operating mode to an existing draw bench.* Simplifying setup of drive system for a ultrasonic testing machine with precision pneumatics
