The running joke here is that my counterpart in Europe has no less than 11 individuals that do the amount of work I am soley responsible for here at this facility .I stay very busy managing a great many varied duties , including Fire safety , mechanical maintenance , health and environmental, elevator ,waste & trash disposal, lighting ,deliveries, first aid, new construction,ceilings, floors ,windows, doors , hardware, HVAC, warehouse ,fencing,shipping & production material & tools special events , roofing, Air compressors ,Plumbing, alarms, Fire extinguishers,the list is long

After completely remodeling the front and back or the house including a commercial kitchen and bar with my extremely intelligent and Awesome Father -in law Art Froehlich who was the owner and Critcally acclaimed CHEF , I stayed on to garner much about the industry through the outstanding training provided by this very patient and knowlegeable World Class Formally trained Conissuer, who also happens to be a wine sommelier with a vast understanding of all things culinary

It was a rough life Building Many Custom Homes On the Beaches of Beautiful Southern California, Luckily I had The benefit of being trained and working with some of the best Builders in The World. I also worked with The Bergman company as an independent Contractor . A large Commercial Contracting Firm . Building and Opening many Commercial Properties, such as Guess, Marciano, Wet Seal, Pink Berry, Mission Downtown L.A., Fendi , Chili's, and many more.
