𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭I am a 2022 graduate of the University of Washington Tacoma Milgard School of business. My ambition is to become a manager that creates a positive impact for colleagues and customers. My goal is to create an environment where colleagues feel valued, can grow and learn, and have a high level of mutual trust and respect. I would like to create an environment where customers receive an informed response, are met with a positive outlook, and are given the tools they need to succeed.𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞I have entry level customer service experience while working at Lowes and Planet Fitness. At these companies I learned conflict resolution, Sales, a wide range of computer systems, data entry, and the importance of teamwork to name a few. The most important skill I took away from these experiences is the need for a constant learning mindset. I look forward to learning new skills that I can take with me into the future. I am excited by the opportunity to test my current skills in new environments to see where I can improve.
