Organization of both formal & informal events for students of Change Management

Help during participation meetings with the goal of finding a common solution to a problem with multiple stakeholders. The case I worked on was about finding a solution to damage caused by an overpopulation of geese in the Netherlands.

As a DJ I work both for agencies or structural employers and as a freelancer. I learned to behalve professionally towards the customer and to take responsibility for my part of events.

Planning & organization of events for first years. Personally I was responsible for two sailing events and a weekend sailing trip.

I was responsible for the djs at Dizkartes, which we used about two nights a week. This means recruiting & training new djs, but also keeping djs motivated and making a schedule each month.

I was a door-to-door salesman of good causes. I learned to keep going on a long day and to motivate people for goals outside their own.
