We have grown from strength to strength, thanks to our customers and the service we provide. I am very proud of my business and what we have achieved in the few years that we have been going, with hard work, determination and priding ourselves on excellent customer service.For our customers we make the process from start to finish as smooth as possible, electronic testing certification was introduced emailed to clients on the day of testing, software that includes our customer database, hand held devices so all staff are aware of the diary, any changes, previous works etc. this is all in place for the benefit of customers. The feedback on our system has received excellent reviews from our customers. Initially as a one man company I only had to ensure that my training was kept up to date, now with more in the company I recognise that to keep providing the highest level of service to customers that training is key to that, after all safety is paramount in our industry.Although never losing sight of the domestic side, we now have several commercial contracts, being a member of Select we believe in part has helped us with gaining these contracts. We have met and exceeded our 3 year plan goals, we even managed to take part in the Nick Knowles DIY SOS Edinburgh project in 2012 which was massively rewarding at the end when we see the smiles on the Children’s faces. We are now in the process of planning for the next 5 years. Moving forward, we are excited for the future and what it holds. We will move more in to renewable energy as I think this is the future, knowledge is crucial. However will not lose sight in what’s important, and that is our customers.
