Initiated group-wide standardized sales and margin reporting, replacing ad hoc and inconsistent reporting with timely, standardized reporting for use in market segmentation analysis and leadership decision making. Developed capital spending audit scorecard, to allow for objective measurement of aggregate capital project performance. Lessons learned were leveraged directly in quotation and capital decision making processes.
