Upon his retirement from Rugby in 2006, Mark entered the commodity markets and joined ICAP Energy. He had a successful career with ICAP Energy and was part of a broking business that became one of, if not the, biggest and most successful in the inter-dealer energy market. Seeking a new challenge Mark began to focus his attentions on debt advisory work in both the commercial and development property markets. Having built up a significant and loyal client base, whilst also developing strong relationships within the Banking and Lending sector, Mark formed his own advisory business, DenCo Advisory, in Jan 2018. DenCo’s objective is to sit alongside property professionals and provide advice upon every aspect of their funding strategy and requirements. Mark studied History at Bristol University and Law at Cambridge University. Upon leaving Cambridge University in 1999 Mark embarked upon a Professional Rugby career that saw him play for both London Wasps, between 1997-2004, and Castres Olympique, 2004 -2006, in France.
