I have extensive People Management experience in leadership roles in both high level Operational positions and community organisations, including volunteer roles. With a graduate degree from Massey University ( NZ ) majoring in Psychology I have enjoyed opportunities to express my skills through working with people and helping them develop in their own roles including developing Recruitment & Retention Strategies for organisations I have been involved with. I am comfortable with taking on heavy responsibilities in fluid situation and feel that these are the times in which I perform my best. Through many years of involvement in management, HR positions and the local community I have become comfortable with Public Relations and have developed extensive skills in delivering messages in a clear and positive manner, even during very difficult situations where public interpretation needs to be managed.
