Mark Devaney is responsible for business development and marketing for Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, a premier consulting firm with more than 1,600 employees in 40+ offices around the world.Langan provides an integrated mix of technical services, including geotechnical, site/civil, environmental engineering, as well as remediation, natural resources/permitting, survey and 3D laser scanning/modeling, traffic engineering and transportation planning, landscape architecture, and sustainable design consulting. Devaney leads a national Business Development & Marketing (BDM) Team that works closely with Langan leaders to establish and cultivate business relationships, identify project opportunities, and expand the firm’s geographic reach.Devaney leads business development and marketing initiatives for all real estate sectors, the energy market, and a variety of corporate industries, including private developers, public institutions, college/universities, hospitals/healthcare providers, K-12, stadium/arena projects, retailers, petroleum, chemical and pharmaceutical companies, and federal agencies.He is actively involved in numerous national industry associations including the Urban Land Institute, the AIA, the Design-Build Institute of America, NAIOP, the Society of College University Planners, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the American Society of Healthcare Engineers, and the Stadium Manager’s Association.
