I am one half of a husband and wife architectural and interior design practice based in Kendal, Cumbria working across all sectors including residential, industrial and education. Our work includes barn conversions, house extensions, new build, retail displays, University and school work and industrial buildings.

I mainly worked as Senior Architectural Technologist on the West Village project at Bluewater in Kent. My roles included detailed technical production information and then latterly liaison with the Management Contractor, sub-contractors etc, including site inspections. I also worked on projects for Natwest and John Lewis

I worked primarily as part of the Sainsbury's team on a large scheme in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. Also worked on a Pharmaceutical Science Building for Nottingham University, MOD projects and a rather massive chipboard factory in South Africa, sadly no site visits.

I worked on residential care homes, some small domestic works but generally on the development of the Cattle Market site in the centre of Leicester. I was involved in the technical production information for the Odeon Cinema and the Gala Bingo buildings, and was heavily involved in the site inspections and contract administration.

I started as a Junior Technician, studying and working to gain a breadth of skills. I worked on everything from primary schools, nursery's, police stations and Magistrates Courts.
