Chief-EMD in the preparation of memorandums and communication Prepares bid evaluation documents of contracted projects for the procurement of goods and services Supervises and gives daily tasks to personnel team for base shop works (e.g., preventive & corrective maintenance of equipment fleet and machine shop works) Checks and receives the deliveries of spare parts, tools and consumables for shop works Manages the incoming & outgoing of tools, parts, consumables & PPE from Stock Room Assists in the conduct of monthly safety inspection of building facilities & base shop Conducts and prepares daily & weekly inspection of equipment fleet at base shop & regional office, respectively.
