Leading the implementation of key reforms in mental health in South Australia. Major focus on the development of new Models of Care in Adult Mental Health, the establishment of integrated care teams throughout the metropolitan area and completion of new Community Mental Health Centres in five locations. Lead role in the formation of a single Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service and the development of a youth mental health service for 16-24 year olds in integrated service settings.Lead role in the development of Early Psychosis and Youth Sub-acute services in South Australia.
