I head up the very talented group that builds and runs our products. We call that EPD (Engineering, Product, Design) here at HQO.

I've spent over a year now building the team and the platform here at HQO on the heels of a great Series B raise by Chase and the team. My team has seen explosive growth over 2020 and 2021, adding engineering and product leadership, and building across a span of technologies ranging from our new data stack, mobile and reactjs applications, and a global platform of microservices on leading k8s tech in AWS. Most of all, throughout all of this, I've been able to build a team that lives our LetsGo (Learning, Excellence, Truth, Speed, Goodness, and Ownership) Values which I'm very proud of. You see that passion and dedication front and center in HQOS and our Tenant Experience Apps.

I spent 2019 leading the efforts to extend and improve the Promoboxx platform. These efforts included the launch of our new data lake and data engineering team, all new reporting and visualization capabilities, design and migration to a new best-practice certified AWS environment, the launch of our exciting new paid advertising platform, and a new native mobile app. I brought in top talent to help me coach the team in best practices around microservice development, devOps culture, and ReactJS and to foster an exciting and challenging work culture. We reinvented the way that shipped products moving from releases every 2 weeks to releases on-demand multiple times a day.As of Spring 2019, I'd taken over responsibilities for Product Management (including 5 product managers and designers) and worked to refine our processes for roadmap development and predictable delivery management. Perhaps what I'm most proud of is working with my fellow executives and our board to create a funded multiyear operating plan that positions the company for continued success into 2020 and beyond.

Heading up an exciting initiative for DraftKings. I'm currently growing out a team of top talent looking for Product Managers, Creative Designers, and Engineers.

I've spent the last three years helping improve all areas of Application Development at Draft Kings with a focus on innovation, agile process, and great teamwork. I've grown a new department with an amazing mix of talented individuals that you'd love to work with every day. On the Web front, we're introducing the most exciting JS stack that I've had a chance to work with and working through reinventing the legacy webapp as we go. Native Mobile side, I've worked hand in hand with our CPO to build out two in-house native application teams that have top ranked apps in the App Store. I'm very proud of what we've done together.

The opportunity to head up Web Technology is a dream position for me at Turbine; that is to say that I get to challenge the status quo at a company that has been innovating in online games for over 20 years. The fusion of a culture rich with MMO success, the IP strength of WB, and an overall desire to make the best games for our fans. We are looking at ways to continue to push the limits with a bevy of technologies to provide new ways to integrate features into digital titles like our awesome new offering Infinite Crisis and building rich web and mobile experiences to accompany them.

Converted team to Agile, Scrum Development, created and aligned team to Continuous Integration maturity model, led refactoring of 20+ sites into n-Tier architecture and current PHP Framework

Started at the ground floor of this exciting start-up. I was the first pure Web Engineer hired by architect Rich Sadowski and CEO Jeff Anderson. We had a great time working hard and creating a good football game. I couldn't imagine a better team to work with. Top notch talent and technology. We got to live and breathe how to scale quickly and develop features in an Agile/Scrum manner.

I've really loved my time with Gallagher Koster. I was able to bring my vision and creative skills to the table and really enhance, and in some spaces, open brand new opportunities. I followed the lead of mentor and president Teresa Koster in breeding an environment driven to succeed. I'm proud of the web presence that I've established for them, the relationships I built with our schools and partners, and the Commander System which will be part of my legacy in Marina Bay.

Great growing experience and an interesting insight into the cycles of an international software company and how to manage high profile client relationships. Java and XML have come a long way since then, but it was exciting to work on the web-native enterprise software platform.
