• Rolled out a complete line of Reservoir Drill-In Fluids including 3 water base and 4 oil/synthetic base fluids• Provided technical support that included overseeing RDF projects, assembling commercialization packages, writing engineering guidelines, and providing training for IFE Certification, Mud Schools, and Clients
