Mark L. Dickeson is Principal and Managing Director of New Millennia Health. His significant experience in federal organizational management and training offers solid perspective to the educational vision and business strategy of New Millennia Health.Mark received his BA at The University of Oklahoma as an Asian Studies major. While completing his BA degree he received a scholarship from the Asian Studies Association and studied in Japan. He then completed a MA in Foreign Affairs. While a graduate instructor in Political Science, he studied and lectured around the world on population defense strategy.Mark was commissioned as an officer in the US Army where he served in training, command, and operational staff positions in Aviation, Military Community, Special Operations and headquarters organizations. Following the military, he has spent a majority of his profession in crisis and consequence management planning, education, training, mitigation, and response operations for the local, state and federal government. He is a federally certified Master Continuity Practitioner Level II and recognized as a resilient tactical systems engineer who operates lithely in the continuity and risk management realm. Mark is a proud father of three and his personal interests overlap a great deal with those of his family members. He holds a FAA Commercial Instrument Flying license, is an avid sportsman and enjoys family outings, hunting and fishing.
