Fleet Support Program Manager
CurrentCharged with the responsibility to drive Supply Chain programs from start to incredible success. Entrusted to manage the portfolio of “Top Fleet Impact” issues, while working in closely with engineering, customers, supplier management, and fleet leadership. Remain commercially astute and firmly represent organizational objectives, while interacting with supplier management, partners, and supplier, thus improving schedules and delivery performance Lead project planning and management of internal resources, while formulating strategies to improve business and operational processes; function as a central repository of information for BGS Supply Chain programs Increase communication with Fleet Chief Office, Chief Project Engineer, Service Engineering, Airline Customers, and BGS Supply Chain leadership, while using time efficiently to track progress and meet goals Spearhead efforts to identify, plan and mitigate program risks through available tools and employing best practice operations. Develop and foster strong relationships and partnerships with customers, peers, and suppliers Focus on overall project objective with highest analytical ability and evaluate existing operations, while implementing strategies, initiatives and processes to improve organizational performance, maximize productivity, reduce costs and enhance efficiency
