Mark Diffley is a certified public accountant and a seasoned financial leader with over 25 years of experience in high-growth organizations. He is currently an Expert at Primary, a premier early-stage venture firm in New York City, where he provides strategic advice and guidance to the investment team and founders within the Primary portfolio and broader network.He is also the interim CFO at Parity Technologies, a global leader in blockchain innovation and decentralization. Previously, he served as the CFO for Hawkfish, a data and technology firm that built infrastructure to reach voters for Democratic candidates and aligned organizations. He has held senior finance roles at Blink Health, SeatGeek, Kayak Software, and Take-Two Interactive. He was responsible for the pre-IPO preparations, SEC filings, and subsequent acquisition due diligence by Booking.com at Kayak Software. He earned his Accountancy degree from Miami University and received his New York State licensed CPA while at PriceWaterhouse. He has extensive experience in international markets, having lived and worked in Zurich, London, Geneva, and Luxembourg City. He currently resides in Miami.
