** I grew up in a family that worked in, and owned, retail companies for the past 3 generations. I have spent my professional life doing the same. I've moved from managing stores, to IT service techs, to being focused on sales and business development. ** My passion is managing people, and making decisions to help the company and my team grow. I believe in creating a work environment that allows the company to achieve our financial goals, while our employees are proud to say they work here. ** I love working with retailers, and have been in the retail business my entire life from my start in my family's grocery stores, to where I am today.
