Tolt Solutions grew up to be a leading retail-focused IT expert, delivering innovative technology solutions and managed services for retail businesses. Tolt identified, defined, deployed and managed IT solutions that drive increased sales, lower costs and improve customer satisfaction. We created a comprehensive service offering and national footprint provided customers with a single point-of-contact for their in-store technology needs.I held many positions while at Tolt, from overseeing Operations, to Purchasing, to Business Development, and last as the VP of Sales. During my time at Toys R Us, I directed operations of a $200M district. I established short and long term strategies to optimize productivity, increase revenues, and improved profit margins. I hired, trained and motivated up to 2K member seasonal work team while managing a 20-store group including customer service, staffing, front store operations, merchandising, inventory control and loss prevention.

Portland, Oregon Area And Chicago, Illinois

Oversaw 20 stores with over 2K employees and $400M in annual sales. Assumed full P&L responsibility. Instrumental in the conception and execution of the division’s integrated marketing and promotional plans. Negotiated union contracts with UFCW.Consistently ranked among top 5 District Managers in the company. Selected to join Chicago Division and facilitate merger activities following acquisition of Dominick’s.
