A&P Certification with 10 years in Helicopter maintenance and 4 years of Aviation Inspector experience. Military back round with operational readiness of OH-58, UH-1, AH-1, and CH-47 helicopters and proficiency training of supported aviation unit personnel.Dedicated QC Inspector in the hangar facility; completing Preliminary, In-process Inspections; Final Inspections and Receiving Inspections on Bell 206 Jet Rangers. Models to include the Bell 206A/B/C; L1, L3, L4. Reviewing and signing off all work completed in discrepancy logs; STC (Supplemental Type Certificate) conversions, and insuring all work has been stamped/signed correctly. Currently Sr. Quality Control Engineer with the Quality Control group in the component section of the business. Responsibilities are to review customer’s claims for Warranty consideration on parts/assemblies that ABLE has repaired/overhauled; to include Rotor Wing & Fixed Wing assemblies/parts. Determine if the customer’s Warranty consideration are VALID/INVALID using ASQ (American Society for Quality) Training guidelines. Inspecting the components discrepancy and reviewing the previous work completed. Evaluate the RC/CA (Root Cause/Corrective) actions to insure there is a Systemic Solution for VALID Warranties. Inspect/review all internal Rework discrepancies and determine the RC/CA solutions to insure there is a Systemic Corrective solution put in place. Lead; A&P Technician – Completions for the Sikorsky S76D Helicopter. Assembled and inspected helicopters for Commercial buyer. Customized aircraft to the specification of sale; tested, rigged and inspected all aspects of the aircraft to Repair Station 145 and FAA Airworthy requirements. Train, Supervise and Monitor 20 mechanics on scope of work to insure the helicopter build is accomplished per the blue prints and or OEM Maintenance Manual. Pre-Inspection and sign off on subsequent work before QA/QC inspects for completion.
