Over twenty years of consulting experience, most of that duration spent leading clients and my teams through very complex S2P implementations. My responsibilities included working closely with other Procurement and AP outsourced groups to ensure the provided technology and operational processes were delivered successfully in concert. The scope of my duties varied from project to project, but was often involved in the solution/sales process through post-deployment support. The platforms I have the deepest experience are SAP Ariba and Coupa. The teams I led were global, however a vast majority of my team members have been based in the Philippines. Subject Matter Expertise/Experience Highlights:- Coupa BMS (Procurement, Invoice, Sourcing, Contract and SIM) - SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, supported client system integration via CIG and flatfile/PI.- Extensive experience deploying S2P systems in a variety of geographies: Americas (US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil), Western Europe, Eastern Europe (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic), Australia, Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, China)- Deployed Coupa to support direct materials spend via MRP integration. This included loading items from Materials Master, communication of Inventory Replenishment to suppliers and Work Order based procurement.- Supported integration to client platforms including: SAP, Netsuite, Oracle, Infor EAM, Epicor and custom client systems.- Delivered S2P solutions across a variety of industries: Finance, Products, Transportation, Resources and High-tech.- Jira or Azure Dev Ops to manage assignment and progress of issues, defects, etc.- Extensively document clients to-be process in Visio from the earliest part of design as an on-going technique to drive out sticky/difficult design discussions, not simply as a deliverable.- Implementation experience ranging from expedited US-only R2O solution live within 6 weeks, to multi-year global S2P solutions.
