As the Associate General Counsel for Integer Holdings Corporation, and General Counsel, Vice President & Sr. Corporate Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at Lake Region Medical, I advised executive and senior leadership teams on global legal and business issues including commercial transactions, quality and regulatory matters, liability/risk management, intellectual property, litigation management, and employment law. I structured, negotiated, drafted, and revised customer and vendor agreements including development, manufacturing, supply, license, service, indemnification, quality and confidentiality. I served as a member of the senior leadership team, lead a 4-person legal team, and hired, coordinated and managed outside counsel. (Minneapolis, MN) practicing business law, transactional law, franchise law, employment law and business litigation.
