Plus 40 years of broad E-D-P experience with Mobil then ExxonMobil. First 9 years worked in exploration and early development from western Gulf of Mexico - offshore Florida to Atlantic. The remaining 31 years worked developing new seismic interpretation/visualization workflows and proprietary tools that were distributed through the company. For most of these technologies acted as team lead and the principal liaison between the researchers and developers. These technology areas included seismic scale connectivity analysis, accelerated lead identification, and volume interpretation. During this time worked with business units to apply this technology on 100's of assets worldwide. In addition, developed training material and taught numerous internal classes. Past external activities; 1. Steering committee chairman for RESCUE and joint effort between O&G companies and vendors to arrive at a common 3D earth model representation. 2. One of primary organizers and steer committee chairman for VRGeo consortium researching novel prototypes of virtual and immersive tools for O&G problems, 3. Mobil Oil representative for Petroleum Advisory group to SGI, 4. helped introduce VoxelView into oil an gas industry working with Vital Images.
