A diverse and demanding role involving recouping store costs with a sustainable approach, selling second chance furniture to customers, acting on quality issues and processing incoming stock.

A customer focused role with a lot of voluntarily responsibility, including maintenance and safety checks. Required excellent product knowledge and customer service skills.

Something of a hybrid role of conventional retail sales and warehouse work, including stock replenishment and condensing, direct customer service, and fulfilling placed orders. I was also the department super user/ trainer for our pricing software and wrote the department newsletter.

A voluntary position involving interpreting historical documents and entering the information into a digital database, that I repaired from an initially broken state and maintained independently.
