Over 35 years' experience in complex international litigation and class actions, and in arbitration -- both as an advocate and as Arbitrator. Experience as an Arbitrator in cases with parties from the United States, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Have served as an arbitrator in numerous international arbitrations: on three-member panels (both as Chair and Co-Arbitrator), as sole Arbitrator and as Emergency Arbitrator.
