Recently, as a member of the AECOM Pittsburgh Environment Group, I served as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, I managed remediation and environmental health and safety projects at various chemical manufacturing facilities, and abandoned “legacy” sites in the northeast US geographic region.As a project manager and design engineer, I performes remedial construction project management and related civil and environmental engineering duties , including hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, geotechnical and waste treatability studies; geosynthetic systems design, subsurface investigations; site investigations, demolition assessment and planning, and final designs for construction. I also have performed permitting and design of municipal, utility waste and hazardous waste disposal facilities, chemical and power plant decon and demolitions and bituminous coal surface mines. Recent work areas include preparation of site investigation plans, engineering feasibility studies, final designs/ construction submittals and management of remedial construction and demolition projects. As part of the design/construction work, I have also prepared construction QA Plans and has provided QA/QC certification for completed projects.
