Originally brought in to improve the performance of the distribution warehouse. Currently responsible for the management of the companies Central HUB warehouse operating 24/7 from goods receipt through to collection/delivery. Covering both the packing and the distribution sides of the business. Currently part of a 3 person implementation team to update the DC warehouse management system.Overall responsibility and day to day management of the Ciba Vision sub contract Warehouse - 52,000 ft storage, picking and shipping of both medical and telecommunication products using both contracted and Bishopsgate’s own lorries. Shipment sizes from parcels to full Lorries, control of inventory and shipping information using direct Mandata warehouse system.
