Free business growth courses are also facilitated. Mentoring: I mentor and coach clients on request, who are assessed through a worksheet developed in house, that pinpoints issues, strengths and opportunities for the business. An individual mentoring program is developed with me to ensure that the client’s goals have the best chance of being met. Programme Delivery: I am involved in the delivery of a variety of business growth programmes enabling small business owners the opportunity to learn to grow and develop their businesses. This entails utilising many marketing and business development strategies from a theoretical and practical sense.  Contract Facilitation: As required by each contract secured, I customise the design and delivery of each training package to suit the requirements of the client. This includes the organisation of many networks to assist and complement the delivery to ensure the most positive results for those on each course. Recruitment of Clients: Any businesses that are referred or who get in touch with with us are contacted by me to make them aware of the assistance packages available. Once assistance is requested a needs analysis is completed to ensure the most appropriate program is recommended for their business needs Marketing: I develop ongoing marketing strategies to ensure a regular flow of clients to the business. A variety of medium’s are utilised to get the required effect with the marketing and branding message being regularly updated to keep up with the changing economic environment. Compliance: I ensure both internal and external KPI’s are achieved as well as moderating the standard of delivery across all contracts.
