Tools and techniques used include scenario planning, systems & stakeholder mapping, stakeholder workshops and the development of visions and new narratives. I have worked for the Global Alliance for the Future of Food on several projects including ‘Food Systems Transformations – Promoting Human, Ecological, & Animal Health & Well-being’ and on the Climate Emergency and the Future Of Food with a focus on healthy and sustainable diets. Work for the World Health Organisation includes a report in preparation for the UN Food Systems Summit entitled ‘Food systems delivering better health’. ii) Food Systems Research and Analysis: Using a wide variety of stakeholder led techniques, I have extensive experience in writing policy position papers, food sustainability trends, roadmaps, briefings, and policy white papers for a wide variety of organisations. iii) Designing organisational strategies: I provide advice to a variety of organisations looking to review their own sustainability strategies in relation to sustainable food systems, bringing a food systems approach to their thinking and diagnosis. iv) Facilitation, presentations, and the media: I am an experienced facilitator who regularly facilitates and moderates’ workshops, seminars, and conference events.
