I am also involved in many aspect of the data centre from the structured cabling for interconnects, the wireless and satellite environments and infrastructure solution architecture.Some achievements:One of the Data Centre fit out projects which I delivered successfully comprised of a 4MW Energy Centre, a 1000sqm 2MW Data Centre Hall and a 2MW Cooling Plant. I successfully project managed the power upgrade for the Johannesburg East Data Centre offices which included a new transformer, generator, UPS and a complicated set of rewiring phases. I also delivered a Teleport expansion project on time and within budget that included a new generator and UPS installation with a containerized data centre.
