• First project was the 500 Millimeter wafer handler (High Capacity) pilot builds and work instructions, interfacing directly on the floor with technicians and helping with first articles • Support and document all new products, development of their Robot & CTI products for the cryogenics side of the business. In 2008 I coordinated a team of 3 individuals in Germany including myself to achieve signoff of 4 systems which resulted in the purchase of Mill-Lane Engineering which in now the Solar division of Veeco instruments. In almost 5 years of being with Veeco Solar I have managed the build, supported process, breakdown, shipments, and the installation of:• 2 Silver coaters to Ayer, MA.• 6 Sputter tools to Tucson• 5 Sputter tools to Berlin• 1 Sputter tool for process testing in our factory• 1 CIGS tool for process testing in our factory• 3 Sputter tools for Asia• 3 CIGS tools for AsiaTraveled with my team to our outsource partners and trained the technicians in the field to build and support our equipment in 2010. This task was completed for 3 of the tools that have already shipped and been installed in Asia.

While I work at Janis I was mostly involved in the building of all R&D products such as Helium 3, Adiabatic Demagnetization Refrigerators, and Dilution Refrigerators. These systems were shipped to N.I.S.T labs in Maryland, J.P.L NASA in California, and Cambridge University in England which I was involved in completing the installations and signoffs of all these systems.

Work with engineering with new product design development, design reviews meetings, implement changes during builds, schedule shipments, and installations around the world.Coordinated all installations of equipment, troubleshoot, and maintain systems in the field. Train other employee, site set-up, and also train customers in factory and in the field. Identify problems, repair product failures, order and replace part as needed. Determine and recommend which product or service best fit the customers' needs.
