I am an Air Traffic Engineering Senior Manager with over 32 years of experience, currently working with Regional & City Airports (RCA Group), a dynamic and innovative organization that operates and manages a portfolio of airports in the UK. My mission is to ensure the safety, reliability, and efficiency of Air Traffic Services and systems across multiple sites and locations, using my skills in Engineering, CNS Systems, Project Management, Aviation Safety and the Management of Change.As the RCA Group Air Traffic Engineering Manager, I coordinate and deliver engineering support and maintenance for Air Traffic Control CNS, MET and AGL systems at six airports, including Exeter, Bournemouth, Norwich, Coventry, Solent, and Land's End. I also manage a team of ATSEP Engineers and AGL technicians, and oversee and manage the testing, installation, and commissioning of new systems and projects from a diverse network of system Design Authorities and providers. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of professionals, and contributing to the growth and success of the RCA Group.
