Job Description: Opening management team I was been in charge of the first branch out of the concept outside UAE, set up and conducts the food costings, trainings, operations work shop . I was involved also in marketing tie ups. And supervise the daily operations on 250 capacity unit.

Job Description: Managing restaurant operation on systematically basis, scheming Food & Beverage cost weekly & monthly basis, Conducting training sessions (Basic Customer Service Course) Floor Control and marketing plan in the unit. I was also involved in marketing proposal to some primary Companies here in Oman like Oman Air staffs, Women's Guilds in Oman and American Women's Associations and given them an official discount scheme. Have sourced out some local cheap suppliers here in Oman and cut the cost of the food, papers cost of the unit.
