-Manage a team of engineers leading capital projects focusing on better system controls and process integration.-Provides innovative solutions by analyzing and designing complex systems to improve information controls, production efficiencies and reduce waste. -Supports manufacturing and maintenance teams with instrumentation and automation systems for electrical, mechanical and hydraulic applications.

-Manage a team of engineers supporting different cellar operations areas including blending, filtration, and wine delivery.-Lead and supervise the maintenance team and hourly employees during a major bottling line filler bearing replacement and installation.-Mentor new production engineer peers by helping them establish project goals, project schedules and data collection plans.-Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects across the bottling room such change-over time reduction, increasing equipment efficiency and reducing process waste.-Manage the PE intern program including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, and project assignments.

-Part of the process engineering project group overseeing the construction of the waste water treatment facility at the Livingston Winery. -Project lead for the solids handling expansion project. Manage project from scope development through equipment startup; including installation of a rotational cross flow filter. -Lead and implement process improvements to increase equipment efficiency during harvest.

-Manage new bottling line projects from concept design to installation; including design review, factory acceptance test, construction and transition to Operations. -Lead and execute improvement projects including equipment center rebuilds, new equipment capability additions, and bottling line renovations. -Provide design and analytical support for vision inspection systems in order to increase system functionality and robustness.-Maintain and update mechanical and equipment specifications and standards for bottling and packaging equipment systems.
