Trained employees from various business units to use web content management software. Re-designed navigational interface for company's online catalog containing over 2000 products based on various methods of usability research. This navigation re-design resulted in: increased online sales from less than 1% to over 30% of total company revenue, increased customer satisfaction, increased productivity of customer service representatives.

Co-authored an experiment on website design characteristics published in the Human Factors andErgonomics Society (HFES) Annual Proceedings. Designed and implemented website usability experiments (including focus groups), involving the synthesis of subjects’ feedback which led to a complete redesign of Ameritech’s website. Set up and maintained an intranet website that contained traffic reports for all web servers related to Ameritech’s websites resulting in redesign and staffing decisions by upper management. Regularly presented technical website traffic data to various business units at Ameritech in a manner that could be understood by people of varying backgrounds (Marketing, Sales, Development, etc.).
