With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, I am a passionate leader who strives to deliver exceptional results for my organization and our members. I have a strong background in business development, marketing, consumer and mortgage lending, operations, and compliance, and I am a graduate of the prestigious CUES CEO Institute program. As the EVP at GEFCU, a $180 million central Texas credit union, I manage a diverse and talented team of professionals who share my vision of providing quality products and services to our members.In my current role, I have successfully implemented several strategic initiatives that have increased loan growth, portfolio quality, member satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Some of my achievements include increasing the loan portfolio from $54 million to $114 million with below peer delinquency, introducing new products such as in-house credit cards, EMV, and mobile deposit capture, and overseeing technology upgrades and facility maintenance for four brick-and-mortar locations. I also serve as an advisor to the President and assist in developing new policies and procedures that align with our mission and values. I leverage my communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including credit union employees, board members, regulators, and vendors.
