Managing and monitoring all elements of void property performance, ensure all regulatory and legislative responsibilities are achieved.responsible for the end to end time of void property performance, in relation to all maintenance and improvement work, component replacement, energy performance improvement work and achieving the required standard.With responsibility for delivering the organisations objectives and providing excellent customer experience and cost-effective delivery, in line with performance targets and service standards for void property repairs.Key deliverables includes: • Reducing number of Void properties by 50% already and working to reduce numbers even further to a more manageable and economic number• Delivering complex programmes for replacement kitchens and bathrooms on time and on budget• Managing circa 25 trade staff including Health & Safety and day to day management• Managing support staff such as: Trades, Inspectors, Planners, Schedulers CLO’s (Client Liaison Officers)• Using key software and PDA’s such as DRS and Opti time automatically sending day to day jobs out for trade staff• Introducing new ways of working in line with Nat-Fed timescales to monitor and improve performance on site.• Management of Sub-contractors on a day to day basis – Preparing competitive tenders in line with European standards, developing and preparing JCT Contracts to monitor and control performance on site to the exacting standards required.
