Successful Office and Facilities Manager with a solid record of accomplishments emphasising a broad range of matters to include high level policy writing, confidential correspondence creation, and trained and well practiced in discipline and grievance investigation. Also a trained employment law investigator by Eversheds, this enables me to guide managers into carrying out investigations that are both fair and robust. I am also IOSH trained within Health and Safety and currently studying for NEBOSH International Certificate, I am able to adapt to new roles very quickly and always take ownership of the role, and carry it out with pride and professionalism.Former event Manager for the Nathan Cubitt Trust, this includes organising a Tag Rugby event off Zero Budget and raising £4,500, now organising further Tag Rugby events & maybe more balls. We also help other charity events as this helps the Trust to raise our profile and also support others as we know first hand how hard it is to get people to man car parks and gates at events.
