BASE is a sponsorship sales agency, focused on supporting youth and amateur sports events and facilities.The fractured youth sports market has made it difficult for brands to effectively market and engage this community, limiting revenue, engagement and value for youth sports operators. BASE has established a framework of operators that reach 12 million individuals across the United States, offering brands one point of contact to impactfully activate within the youth sports community. BASE has grown partnership revenue by more than 600% for select youth sports operators. This allows the operator to lower costs, increase engagement experiences and continue to grow their business.

In my current role as the Director of Program Development for Team USA, my main responsibilities include the planning, execution and oversight of the USA Baseball National Team Identification Series, the National High School Invitational, as well as the creation of additional revenue generating programs for USA Baseball. I have listed an outline of a few additional responsibilities and accomplishments below for my current role.- Strengthen, support and expand the reach of existing programs and relationships that are positioned across the United States- Negotiate and execute agreements for the USA Baseball National Team Identification Series with regional partners- Research, educate and recruit high school athletic departments to participate in the National High School Invitational- Create and execute budgets for programs that reach over one million dollars for the organization- Supervise travel internationally with the 12U National Team, led a delegation of 28 members for two weeks in Taiwan, and returned safely with a Gold medal - Travel includes over ten states domestically, Cuba and Taiwan internationally- Oversee the design, creation, and execution of the 12U National Team Futures Invitational, which has a significant financial impact for the 12U National Team program- Execute agreement with MLB and the Urban Youth Academy for the 12U National Open- Negotiate and agree upon terms with NCSA Athletic Recruiting Network- Establish business relationships with sports commissions and convention and visitors bureaus to financially support USA Baseball initiatives and new programming

As the Assistant Director of Development and the Director of the 12U National Team, I was responsible for the day-to-day management of established programming within the USA Baseball development department. The responsibilities included analyzing market research and providing additional research and administrative support for future USA Baseball initiatives, products and projects from conceptual phase to launch. The position also included the oversight of the 12U National Team and all of it's identification events. Below I have listed a handful of additional responsibilities.- Communicate with the National High School Invitational participants and their families on all aspects of the event. Assist in the event planning and serve as the day-to-day contact for teams and their fans during the tournament. Manage the back end database of all aspects of event registration, scout packs, and informational pieces between baseball op’s and the participating teams for the 2014 National High School Invitational- Assist in the 2014 launch of the NTIS program including communication with Regional Directors, web partners and USA Baseball National Team Directors. Provide promotional assets to all as necessary. Serve as the day-to-day contact for the NTIS Regional Directors assisting them in the execution of their team selection processes- Assist with the inception and introduction of the 12U National Team selection process and established initial and daily communication with event operators and selected players- Assist with the creation and execution of the 12U Open Development Camps served to impact athletes from across the nation

My position with the USA Baseball 18U National Team included the assistance of all logistics and operations of the 18U National Team selection process from start to finish, the inaugural Irish Classic held at the National Training Complex, and the assistance with the USA Baseball Alumni database. My role also included a wide range of operational duties associated with various USA Baseball events throughout the year. I have listed a few of the additional roles below. - Communicate with the Tournament of Stars participants and their families on all aspects of the event including invitations and participant forms/waivers- Secure and manage air travel for the Tournament of Stars players, coaches and staff- Provide on-site support to the 18U National Team Director on operational needs associated with the team selection, trials and training- Attend the USA Baseball 18U National Team Trials (California) and Training (Taichung, Taiwan) to provide on-site operational support- Perform a wide range of operational duties associated with other USA Baseball events including the Irish Classic, National High School Invitational, and National Team Identification Series (NTIS)- Assist other National Team programs and departments within USA Baseball (alumni relations, merchandising, ticketing, operations, etc.) with various tasks as necessary

Following my internship with the Cleveland Indians in Arizona, the organization hired me to oversee the minor league video operations for our High A affiliate, the Carolina MudCats. The position was mainly focused on the video capture of the Carolina MudCat players and an upload of the video for the coaching staff, players, and front office staff developmental use. Some additional responsibilities are listed below. - Assist with the coaching staff of the Carolina Mud Cats in the High A affiliate of the Cleveland Indians with the filming of players and prospects- Increase the scope, quality and timeliness of transfer to the front office of the video taken of the Cleveland Indians and other Minor League players during the season- Preparation and upkeep of video equipment- Dissect the video clips to make a highlight video monthly to upload the videos for the Cleveland Indians front office and coaching staffs use

- Assist in the facilitation of daily spring training operations at the Cleveland Indians Development complex- Hire and coordinate security staff for the spring training complex- Create and develop security agendas and scheduling for spring training daily activities- Assist in marketing of Cleveland Indians brand through social events- Initiate donation requests from other Major League organizations for the Cleveland Indians Charity Golf Outing- Maintain relationships with charities and organizations to help the Cleveland Indians stay active in the community

- Assist in the facilitation of daily stadium operations at Cleveland Browns Stadium- Facilitate in set-up and take down of meetings, weddings, gatherings and other stadium events- Coordination of game day tasks and operations- Preparation of suites and stadium for game day use

- Coordinated the registration of baseball camp participants- Mentored young athletes in the fundamentals of hitting and fielding- Managed the organization and structure of scheduling camps for various age groups
