As Head of Respiratory Services I will have a regional remit to develop new respiratory support services across NI through building relationships with HSC colleagues all other stakeholders. I will ensure operational delivery of all Northern Ireland Chest Heart and Stroke services in the South Eastern and Belfast Trusts.

As MindWise’s Client engagement manager, I am responsible for designing and delivering our transformational vision for mental health services that are led by the client voice. Clients are at the heart of all we do, they influence what collaborative support is required to meet their needs and that of their support network. They have a critical role in determining the future strategic vision of MindWise and the wider health and social care sector. Clients also have a key role to play in the good governance structures throughout MindWise and beyond. MindWise’s client engagement vision is to enable clients to fully participate in the decisions affecting their lives. My role is to ensure clients have opportunity to determine and deliver the support they need, influence others, and hold MindWise accountable for our decisions.

My role is to develop a broader and more effective community footprint and presence in Northern Ireland. Working with and across services, community event fundraising and external affairs in Northern Ireland. Leading community development activity, including awareness, information and campaigning activities, in liaison with relevant internal and external stakeholders. The role is to create and develop local community partnerships, helping to build a network of local stroke communities.

My role is to work across Northern Ireland and strategically improve epilepsy services. Develop and support Epilepsy Action Northern Irelands's community based services, including the network of volunteers and branches, the provision of advice and informationand the delivery of local events about epilepsy.

My role is to further develop Aware’s services to people affected by depression including Support Groups, Help Line, Outreach and Information. The role is to increase awareness of Aware and ensure that all stakeholders including potential users know about our services. My role is to ensure that our services are updated, monitored and evaluated to ensure a continuous drive toward improvement.
