The value I add is my background and approach to health and safety. I have worked from the ground floor and have developed health and safety programs from infancy. I understand the obstacles and stumbling blocks with managing health and safety in the workplace and I will assist my clients in avoiding those road blocks, helping them meet and exceed their legislative requirement at minimal costs. I also add my core values of family, honesty and openness to my business and customers. In a factory, everyone is family, they each depend on each other for the company to be successful. If one worker gets hurt it affects the whole workplace, in production, efficiency, profit and moral. The immediate family outside of work can be devastated, where one second of neglect can become a life time of agony for thevictim and their family. I help companies realize that when developing a safety program to be honest and open, specially to their employees. They have to celebrate their successes and acknowledge their deficiencies, making continual improvements to their safety program. Showing at all times due diligence, that is all we can ask from any employer. My customers will benefit because they will develop a comprehensive safety program and set achievable goals, resulting in a safer, happier and more profitable workplace.
