As a Team Lead within the Business Development department my prime focus is generating new sales activity and overseeing sales processes. I meet with prospective clients and advise them on innovative benefits solutions, with the goal of building long lasting relationships. My ultimate purpose is to build, and expand on an elaborate sales funnel, while creating opportunities for myself and my sales team in regards to closing business. This includes setting goals, overseeing and mentoring the sales team in order to reach desired outcomes.Roles and responsibilities include, but are not be limited to:-Executing JRP’s strategic plan as it pertains to the acquisition of new clients-Overseeing day to day operations of the Business Development department-Establishment of individual and departmental goals and ultimate achievement of said goals-Training and mentorship-Oversight of JRP’s sales process (working with the individual BDS to graduate prospects through the process accordingly)-Oversight of the department’s documentation-Finalizing and analyzing prospective client information and proposals-Triaging between Business Development, Pricing, and Client Care departments

As a partner within the business development team my prime focus is generating new sales activity. Within my first 16 months with the organization, I've brought forward a unique approach to business development. In addition to generating thousands of leads, I have managed to secure over $2,000,000 in premium for the firm. Within this role, I have developed as a professional, gaining tremendous amounts of experience from regular meetings with executives of large companies.

Daily responsibilities included managing 10 – 15 workers •Serviced up to 500 clients on a weekly basis•Responsible for purchasing window cleaning and landscaping materials •Managed the companies budget on a weekly basis •In the fall and winter seasons managed workers responsible for snow removal, Christmas lights removal, eaves cleaning and repair.
