Hanoi, Vietnam (Jan 2015 - Nov 2015)Start-up and oversight of complex raw material parts facilities supporting phone manufacturing for Microsoft (Nokia) in Hanoi Vietnam. This includes managing 800+ employees for the purpose of factory kitting and raw material flow management. Three sites to include one 10K m2 overflow facility for primary facility replenishment as well as 2 additional 10K m2 facilities direct to factory for all supermarket and kitting functions. 10 direct reports as well as indirect management of finance, IT, and HR. Scope of responsibility also includes BD expansion of Mekong cluster region directly reporting to Managing Director of region.United States (2006-2014)Responsible for contract logistics operations, customer relations and business development for Microsoft. Global lead role for all Microsoft distribution operations which include Brazil, Europe, China, and Japan. Combined facilities of 1.5 million square feet across North America. Direct reports consisiting of Director and GM level managers and 1000 plus employees. Revenue responsibility of $60M to include fulfillment, distribution, and transportation competencies. Oversee all direct activities related to on boarding new business and implementations. As part of past responsibility in same role, managed oversight of Dell operations in North America consisting of same scope of business management and requirements as in current roles.

Total combined square footage of 700,000. Manage 4 direct report General Managers that oversee and manage 250 plus employees. Oversee $30 million of revenue between locations. Products distributed include books, medical supplies, and dry grocery. Responsible for all new customer start-up’s and project management within region.
