The Performance Manager is responsible for ongoing training, refining and enhancing our Dealer Clients' experience. The position entailed extensive dealer contact with dealer principals, dealer group executives, general managers, sales managers, internet managers and pre-owned managers. vAuto is the leader in providing Live Market Data for the Automotive Industry, and the Performance Manager is tasked with retaining a client base at acceptable levels of over 99% with a month-to-month agreement, no contracts.

Full Charge Pre-Owned and Certified Program Director.Increased department productivity from an average of 30 units at a gross average of $80K, to over 80 Units and $250K total gross profit in Pre-Owned sales. Elevated the stores position from 14th out of 16 dealers to #1 in District, Certified Pre-Owned sales. I was involved in all phases of the Pre-Owned operation, including sales and sales management.
