I haved worked in most key planning sectors, however my specialisms are appraisal of land and property assets; land promotion; planning application and Section 106 negotiation; appeals and expert planning witness; residential development; and industrial and logistics development.I started work in the planning industry in 1997, initially employed as a planning officer by Kirklees Metropolitan Borough Council and then as a planning consultant in the Manchester offices of Insignia Richard Ellis and GVA Grimley.I joined the Leeds office of Peacock and Smith as a Senior Planner in 2001 and I am Co-Managing Director of the Company.
