Infinite Insight is an IT security and product development consultancy that recognises the relevance of AI security tools in transforming the marketplace. This includes forming a partnership with Darktrace, a group of ex-MI5 cyber espionage experts and Cambridge University academics whom developed AI and machine learning to pro-actively identify previously unseen security incidents. I play a key role in commercialising products, brand propositions and market opportunities.

Initially I began as global account executive for Pearson Group and developed and sold the £multi-million innovative myCloud digital transformation and cloud migration product having engaged with the CIO and CTO. This was achieved by directing several disparate business units, including consulting, system integration and managed services. I subsequently also sold an additional £multi-million global IT service platform as a result of the myCloud success.Pearson rapidly became the highest scoring UK account for customer satisfaction and the myCloud program won the 2013 Ovum Best Implementation of Infrastructure Transformation Award. The myCloud platform was then incorporated as the backbone of the Atos global end user service.The Pearson success led to promotion to global account executive for the prestigious BP account and I successfully led the renewal of this contract having revitalised a waning relationship. In addition I successfully sold an Oracle Hyperion design and implementation to Arqiva and the Navitas digital platform program management solution to BP.

Headhunted for this senior role, I was lead client liaison for CA’s largest commercial account, Bank of America Merrill Lynch across the EMEA and Pacific Rim regions. I rapidly gained trust with senior stakeholders in both companies during a high pressure time of merger of the two entities and successfully secured the $multi-million master licence agreement for the account. I managed all sales activities including engagements with academic institutions such as UCL.

I was one of the top 5 UK sales executives meeting 130% of target 06/07 and 125% of target 08/09. This included the sale of a major automation transformation solution to one of the main North American financial institutions, a significant contract to expand the expansion of the Euro FX system at the London HQ for a major Asian investment bank and a complex enterprise management system for Parker Hannifin.I led on the sourcing and piloting of a novel approach to new business generation that was subsequently rolled out across the whole company.

Exceeding the 2005 sales target by 155%, I designed and implemented a £multi-million e-trading platform for Camelot. Additionally I secured an enterprise management platform implementation for Serco and managed service and technology solution for Ocado.

I nurtured and secured 11 new accounts for this major multinational IT company.

Managing the key HSBC client, I successfully introduced significant new annual revenues.
