I then managed these contracts when in place. Submitted reports and communicated directly with clients, architects, contractors, potential tenants, tenants and other parties associated with related projects whether in the construction or operational stage.  In association with the Civil Defense managed and monitored all aspects of Health and Safety within the Cluttons portfolio of Managed buildings including BMS, Fire alarm systems, Sprinkler/FM200 systems as well as personally training Tenant Fire Marshals. Procurement. On behalf of Building owners, I was responsible for the acquisition of goods and services at the best possible price, in the right quality and quantity. This was generally repeat purchasing, dealing with long term partners and 'co-destiny' suppliers.  Budgeting and Credit control. Responsible for preparation, presentation and execution of annual expenses budget, the collection and recovery of rents, service charges, utility bills and other expenses of managed properties.
