Managing a team of between 100 - 150 persons promoting a safe working environment with positive energy, creativity and teamwork among all employees.Responsible for the facilities operating budget including Capital expansion of operations, plant expansion, major expenditures for facilities and equipment.Evaluation of new product concepts for manufacturing capabilities; checking and ensuring the budget limits / pay back for such products. Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the organisation.
