Key Responsibilities:• Engage with state ops teams and SME to understand current pallet and crate management practices• Build strong relations with state ops team members involved in pallet and crate management• Leverage CHEP capability and engage to support process and reporting standardisation• Consolidate state pallet and crate reporting to provide timely and accurate national equipment position • Identify pallet and crate risk and conduct root cause analysis with state ops teams to identify cause of exposure• Work with state teams to eliminate cause of pallet and crate risk• Create national standard for pallet and crate reporting and management• Identify state based pallet and crate CI opportunities • Identify capability gaps and propose framework and initiatives to address• Engage state ops teams to adopt national standard and implement relevant CI opportunities• National CHEP pallet account management and engagement• Revise Pallet Control Policy into Lion Standard, socialise, signoff and deploy • To assist in the identification and delivery of service, quality and safety improvements• Make safety a priority and champion a safety culture with the team• Actively participate in the Lion People Processes and ensure 100% complete within agreed time frames• Contribute to team culture and engagement plans
