Roles and responsibilities:PRODUCT OWNER:- Identify new project opportunities- Document new project contracts including:• Business requirements• User stories & acceptance criteria• Mock-ups and workflows• Cost estimations- Collaborate with Project Sponsors to gain funding approval- Operate as Product Owner on all client projects, as well as the role of Scrum Master- Act the conduit between clients and my Scrum project team- Provide project demonstrations, and Review & Retro’s with stakeholders and project team- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and project sign-off with key stakeholders- Facilitate the Change Management Process for project delivery- Conduct Production Verification Testing (PVT)ACCOUNT MANAGER:- Provide subject matter expertise by listening, learning, understanding and collaborating- Build and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors, key decision makers and stakeholders- Develop and maintain a Product Roadmap that is transparent, aligned with client strategic goals- Facilitate weekly meetings and reports with key stakeholders to prioritise and align their Project Backlog with the Product Roadmap

Roles and responsibilities:- Business Analyst working on my client’s site to understand their existing workplace practices and pain points- Liaise with my client’s external agencies to understand their engagement with my client- Identify and help implement improvement opportunities and efficiencies for my client- Document and maintain new and existing Standard Operating Procedures- Document and maintain a Product Backlog based on prioritised workplace improvements- Collaborate regularly with the Project Sponsor to prioritise and refine the Product Backlog- Develop and maintain a Product Roadmap to deliver business requirements in multiple stages based on priorities- Build and maintain strong relationships with other key decision makers- Identify new opportunities to increase revenue streams for my organisation- Act the conduit between the business and Conn3cted project teams- Document test scripts and conduct user acceptance testing with my client per project schedules

Roles and responsibilities:- Management of hire fleet availability.- Identify and forecast short term demand requirements for corporate managers.- Proactively manage rental fleet requirements nationally.- Building strong relationships with internal and external customers ensuring a win/win situation for all parties involved.- Work closely with National Account Managers to deliver for corporate accounts.- Contract development and approvals for short term rentals.- Ensuring the high-level data integrity and accuracy of Customer contracts.- Management of rental fleet logistics.- Business process improvement and streamlining.- Management of rental fleet audits.- Outsourcing and fulfillment of short term rental requirements.- Proactively identify data integrity issues within the work place & its systems. - Proactively identify cost saving measures within the work environment. - Build adhoc reports for internal/external customers (Sales dept).
